Make consistent loops and dangles - this tool bends the end of the wire into a loop and cuts off the end of the wire in one smooth operation. Make your own simple loop eye pins. Good for 18 - 26 gauge wire. You do need to make a few to get the hang of the tool. There's a video here that makes it clearer.
