Simple, spectacular. Simply spectacular.  A nice easy project that packs a lot of punch.

Notice that the loops at at the top - holding the dangles on are neither a simple loop nor a wrapped loop - although both would work. These are - for want of a better term, a rolled loop - where the end of the wire has been wrapped around twice - using up all the wire and making a loop more substantial than just a simple loop. They work very well in this design - where the visual weight of the dark wire contrasts with the light shimmer of the tube beads.
