Been having soooo much fun with the epoxy clay (click here for a tutorial) - but if you think it's all about the bling - guess what? You can make more a handsome ring in the style of a signet ring or insignia ring.

Find a metal charm that you like that fits in the bezel ring finding that you like. Cut off the hanging loop with your wire cutters (the metal in the cast charms is soft and easy to cut). There may be a little extra that you need to file down. You may want to accent it with a rhinestone - which will look very nice with a simulated bezel, made with a jumpring. Find a jumpring that fits around the outside of the girdle (widest part) of the stone.

Mix your clay and press into the ring finding. Smooth the clay.

Press the charm well into the clay, making sure that there is no part sticking out that could snag on something (like a leg or a horn!).

If adding a stone, add the stone first, press in, then put the jumpring/bezel around  it, and press in.

Let cure. Enjoy!
